THE TRUTH SALUTES... Maze Jackson: The Making of a Leader

Chairman & CEO at Universal MazJac Enterprises, Inc, born on January 30, in Bolingbrook, Illinois, Maze studied History at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and now resides in Chicago with trusted family and two great kids.

That's his early commercial stats, but what's not known of him is his passion and desire to be involved in politics, and all its functions. Maze is a gifted talker who's knowledgeable of the political process and marketing strategies.

Maze Jackson has successfully operated Universal MazJac Enterprise for fifteen years, as a full service marketing and promotional company with clients ranging from Ringling Bros' Circus, Power 92, McDonald's, Remy, 1800 Tequila and Coca Cola to name a few. He’s also worked on, or managed campaigns for 27th Ward Alderman Walter Burnett, Jr, 6th Ward Alderman Freddrenna Lyle, Secretary of State Jesse White, Illinois GovernorPat Quinn and a host of other past and present political figures.

This year marks Maze 40th birthday, and he'll celebrate with a gang of local and national personalities who love, admire, respect and appreciate all he's done for so many in his short, but productive life.

After successfully helping Governor Quinn retain his short stay, into a long visit in Springfield, Maze was recently tapped to move mayoral candidate Carol Moseley Braun'scampaign to the next level. And when he called me and expressed his interest in working with the CMB camp, I could see his sup cooler lips dripping with saliva through the phone, as his voice was filled with excitement.

Together, we recently co-founded Next Generation Leadership Council to identify, prepare and present emerging leaders in politics, business and community service. NGLC will also engage in voter registration and education and build an army of e-precinct captains in select urban cities globally.

As we move collectively forward in our respective professions, our mission is practically identical. And as Maze help to create leaders and visionaries in politics, he'll leave his mark as a leader who can be counted on to build the next generation.
